Clarity in  thought process, perspective on issues, communication skills, grace, situation management, ability to substantiate, negotiation tactics, attitude, confidence, sensitivity, listening skills, temperament, yes they are the qualities of an ideal leader the world needs and longs for. 

Leadership challenge hosted by Hill Top School, Jamshedpur evaluates the participants, the potential leaders of tomorrow in these areas. It is an event the schools of Jamshedpur look forward to. Mrs. Puneeta Chauhan, the Principal of Hill Top School and her team put in enormous effort to host an event for which the student community of Jamshedpur probably marks their calendars. An event which truly provides a platform for the students to speak their minds fearlessly.
